The belt size is adjustable between 35″ to 45″ waist. It can be used in squats, deadlifts, bench press, snatch, clean and jerk. Belt is designed to support your back and softer, comfortable to wear. Remember that your technique should be proper first to prevent injury. Then belt can provide extra strength to lift heavy. There are also some measures need to be taken while using belts. Holding the breath during heavy lifting is necessary. Don’t push your stomach against the belt that will put pressure on your back. Wear belt around the L4 and L5 region of the spine.
